Builders' Insulation is seeking a qualified candidate for Sales Manager in Manassas VA. We conduct business with major commercial and Residential customers.

Tasks a Sales Manager perform include (but not limited to):

• Read blueprints and their specifications to prepare product takeoffs and quotes, as well as oversee the production process.
• Provide technical support and work closely with various individuals including Regional Managers, Architects, Salesforce, Contractors, Homeowners, Estimators, and Installers to assure the integrity of the quotes.
• Using verbal and written communication skills along with working independently or with a team.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of Construction or building production/distribution industry experience (required).
• Managerial experience.
• Analytical and dependable.
• Drug Test and Motor Vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• The ideal candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, computer-proficient, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills.

Well-qualified candidates will also have (not required):

• Bachelor’s degree
• Estimating experience and insulation experience
