Equal Opportunity employer. Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow technical instructions, Interpret designer drawings and technical terms.Maintain the motorized and non-motorized tools used to create products.Keep a clean and well-maintained work area.Recognize parts and materials used in production.Must be capable of handling Wisconsin weather where it can be -10 one day and 70 the next day.Inspect finished products for flaws and defects.Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers: attends periodic safety meetings as required.
