Experience helpful but not necessary. Mechanically Inclined person is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Promotes the core values of the company.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Operating and maintaining Company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform full pool service on 40 accounts per week and leaves the property looking noticeably better than when they arrived on every visit.
• Has and gains a working knowledge of chemical treatments with the ability to explain the treatments to clients.
• Interacting with homeowners on a daily basis in a professional manner.
• Maintaining salt systems / chlorine generators.
• Cleaning / Backwashing Sand & Cartridge filters.

Required Qualifications :

• Legal ability to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A clear criminal history; i.e., no felony convictions.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid Georgia driver's license and good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Enforced "Smoke / tobacco Free Work environment".
• Must be well-spoken, dedicated, and organized individual with good work ethic.
• Great positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Self-starter who can work alone without the need for constant management. If you need to be micromanaged, please don't apply for this job.
• Able to work outdoors in the heat and the cold year-round.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Electrical, plumbing, and overall mechanical knowledge are a plus.
• Teachable - Willing to learn and grow.
• Able to swim!
• If you miss a lot of work you need not apply.

Physical Demands :

Lift up to 75 lbs, sit, kneel, stand for long periods, jump, squat, crawl, reach, and drive a vehicle for extended periods.
