We are seeking a strategic and inspirational Merchandise Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The Merchandise Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and facilitating the implementation of the merchandise assortment, product setup processes, and procurement activities within our Global Merchandising Department. This role encompasses the management of critical tasks that underpin various facets of our business across multiple channels. Successful execution of this position necessitates close collaboration with cross-functional teams both within and outside our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in executing merchandising functions, such as product assortment, pricing, lifecycle management, and procurement.
  • Reviewing sales and market trends, providing support to the merchandising team through reporting and product lifecycle analytics.
  • Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and follow-through in all tasks.
  • Collaborating with Merchants to assist in creating specialty store assortments.
  • Partnering with Merchants and other internal or external stakeholders on BAB sound selection and launches.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of sound offerings to support overall product assortments.
  • Taking ownership of special projects as assigned.
  • Creating photography shoot lists for signature looks within the product assortment.
  • Managing reporting for quarterly Product Downloads.
  • Being responsible for tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Proficiently gathering information, methodically analyzing situations from start to finish, and efficiently communicating with partners.
  • Receiving training in item set-up and purchase order creation to provide departmental support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous merchandising experience required, 2-3 years previous buying/merchandising experience and/or related merchandising experience required.
