Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Implement training and development programs for staff members
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred
