Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following company recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Upsell drinks and menu items to maximize bar revenue
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and garnishes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Sales experience in promoting specials or upselling drinks
- Previous food handling experience is a plus
