WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK; HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

You know the business by overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the shift - you Provide leadership and guidance to the team members - Manage and delegate tasks to - Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards by having general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation

Duties: Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries complaints, and resolve any issues that arise - Assist in training new team members, Monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed - Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to improve processes and customer service

Team Experience: All Levels Welcome.

As a supervisor at Buffalo Wild Wings Go, we're looking for someone with Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a kitchen or evening QSR concept. A strong understanding of food service operations and culinary techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Experience in team management, including scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluation. If you're team-focused, have a passion for training and developing others, and are familiar with interviewing, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $17.84 - $21.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
