Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting fixtures, and control panels
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, tenants, and contractors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
