**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. Buffalo Health and Fitness is a small fitness studio with the mission to bridge the gap between the fitness and rehab world. We are looking to expand our Pilates classes both in the amount of classes and types of classes.

This position is for an Independent Contractor

**Duties:**

- Conduct Pilates sessions for individuals or groups

- Develop personalized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and goals

- Instruct clients on proper form and technique during exercises

- Be comfortable on social media for marketing purposes

-Motivate clients inside and outsided of work

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment

**Qualifications:**

- Certification in Pilates instruction

- Experience in program design tailored to individual needs

- CPR certification

- Insurance
