Operations Technician

You Will:

• Support all aspects of Agronomy Operations
  1. Obtain a Chemical Handler License
  2. Obtain NH3 Certification
  3. Manage ag chemicals and fertilizer.
  4. Understand chemical rates, uses, and restrictions.
  5. Mix driver fertilizer
  6. Perform shop maintenance
  7. Operate equipment including forklift, skid loader, and payloader
• Support the elevator operations.
  1. Receive, dry, blend, and load grain.
  2. Measure grain inventory as needed.
  3. Operate the grain dryer as needed.
  4. Prepare grain rail cars and load cars according to specifications as needed.
  5. Maintain grain conditions.
• Abide by our values and practices by:
  1. Supporting other locations within area as assigned
  2. Working in a safe & efficient manner 
  3. Providing superior customer service
  4. Performing equipment and facility maintenance including housekeeping, daily maintenance checks, and basic maintenance as required
  5. Assisting other locations, as needed

You Have:

• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license, ability to obtain Class A CDL
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Good computer skills
