With 147 beds, Parkview is a nursing community with a big heart providing skilled, rehab, and long-term memory care services. Many of our associates have been at the community with 10 years with the longest associate currently at 40 years, all providing a supportive and team-work environment.

RN/LPN LEAD MDS Coordinator: Full Time

Responsibilities Include:

The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining care plans according to state and federal regulations. This person will also need to work with the interdisciplinary team to provide education to the nursing team related to MDS changes or any issues with MDS accuracy. Meets with the DON and NHA to review and keep abreast of any changes, issues etc.

Qualifications:

MDS Coordinator experience

SNF/LTC experience

Licensed Nurse in MD
