Buena Vida Rehab and Nursing Center is actively seeking a full time MDS Coordinator . The MDS Coordinator is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and documenting the care needs of residents to ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate appropriate care planning.
We are a local 240 bed facility in Brooklyn NY, centrally located near public transit options. Our nursing team is caring, energetic, and positive.
