Join our team at our Tappan Lake Water’s Edge Restaurant! We’re looking for a skilled Off-Site Bartender to deliver exceptional bartending services at various off-site events and venues. If you have excellent mixology skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy creating memorable experience for guests, we want you on our team. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and guest preferences.Provide attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking inventory, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces.Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including handling payments and providing change.Demonstrate professionalism and represent the company brand effectively at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting, preferably in off-site catering or events.Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing environments.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.Certification in responsible alcohol service (ServSafe, ASK Certification) is a plus.
