General Duties and Responsibilities of bilingual Cleaner:
·Clean vacant apartments by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing &/or vacuuming them with provided facilities equipment
·Perform light trash removal
· Ability to climb stairs and be exposed to disagreeable odors
·Clean windows & mirrors
·Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
·Previous cleaning experience preferred
Requirements:
*Must be able to pass criminal background & drug screening, dependable transportation, some weekends required. Current ID/Resume & Application Required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
