Job Description: Parking Lot Attendant for BUDDY'S KIKI

BUDDY'S KIKI, renowned entertainment venues is the gateway to the Montrose gayborhood, and currently seeking a friendly, vigilant, and efficient Parking Lot Attendant to join our team.

This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and safe first impression to all our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a busy parking environment.

Responsibilities:

*Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, offering guidance on parking. *Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently, maximizing lot usage. *Monitor the parking area to ensure security and safety of vehicles. *Manage the flow of traffic in the parking lot, ensuring smooth operations. *Handle minor disputes or complaints with professionalism and diplomacy. *Perform regular patrols of the parking area to detect any suspicious activity. *Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking lot, reporting any damage or hazards. *Collect parking fees, process transactions, and provide digital receipts to guests. *Keep accurate records of parking occupancy, fees collected, and any incidents. *Assist guests with minor vehicle issues, such as dead batteries or flat tires, when necessary.

Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent. *Previous experience in a customer service or parking attendant role preferred. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. *Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. *A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. *Ability to operate parking lot equipment, such as handheld point of sale, cones and barrier gates. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
