Company owner seeking a Store Manager of Operations in Big Spring, TX
MUST have four wall experience managing a business with complete control of operations; hiring, training, cash handling, Inventory management, P&L knowledge and computer literacy.
Salary based on experience $40K - $60K
Duties involve sales, collections and Inventory management. Cross training in both sales and collections.
Must be outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
Must be driven to achieve quotas and weekly goals.
Experience in managing and retention of a staff of five or above.
Five day work week with Sundays off and an additional day off during the week; Wednesday
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
On the job training with opportunity for advancement.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
