Buddy Isles Tire & Automotive is Hiring a Classic Restoration Technician (FT) Near Littleton, NC

Buddy Isles Tire and Automotive/Collision is offering a full-time position for an experienced automotive restoration/classic car technician to join our team on a full-time basis. We are seeking an individual with 7 years of experience in automotive restoration and classic car building.
This position offers a great opportunity to work in a positive and inspiring environment with many exciting current and future projects.

Candidate experience should include:

7 years of automotive technical and restoration experience.
Overall knowledge and understanding of classic car components & assembly.
Body panel fitment and adjustment, including glass.
Interior component fitment and adjustment, seats, dash assembly, etc.
Chassis assembly including drivetrain components, brakes, steering.
Vehicle 12v electrical components and wiring, switches.
Light fabrication work.
Be self-starting, punctual, comfortable with meeting deadlines.
Have a good attitude, creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Consistent in delivering high quality of work.
Organized and neat work habits, detail oriented.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Must have your own tools and equipment.
Must be able to log time and perform vehicle inspections.
References, portfolio of past projects / completed work is required.

Compensation is very competitive and based on experience. The position is available immediately.
