This position includes but not limited to: -Answering phones -Greeting customers -Making “Thank you” phone calls -Making “CSI (customer satisfaction) text replies to reviews. -Making “Next Appointment” reminder phone calls. -Driving the Customer Shuttle Van -Typing skills are a plug -Clean driving record is a must.
