Pet Groomer

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE GROOMING

Responsibilities :

• Provide grooming services to various types of pets, including dogs, cats, and other small animals
• Perform bathing, brushing, and styling of pet's fur or hair
• Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other basic grooming tasks
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
• Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from pet owners

Skills :

• Strong knowledge and experience in animal care and handling
• Proficiency in various grooming techniques and styles
• Familiarity with dog training methods and techniques
• Experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician is a plus
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments with patience and care
• Knowledge of pet sitting and pet care best practices
• Experience with equine grooming is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a professional manner
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
