Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator I will provide support to all areas of Recruiting with a special emphasis in project tasks and administrative needs. The Teammate in this position will partner with the Recruiters to anticipate and meet evolving workforce needs as well as continually work to provide suggestions for process improvements and new Recruiting actions. This teammate will have a high attention to detail and enjoy working both independently and as part of a small team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while fielding calls and email requests from hiring managers and potential candidates.
  • Make regular updates to job postings and manage permissions on the applicant tracking system.
  • Create and update Excel spreadsheets for various tracking purposes daily.
  • Assist with campus research, registration of career fairs, cost analysis, and post-evaluation of all campus events and career fairs across the country.
  • Update Manager with logistics for upcoming career fairs and ensure all recruiting supplies are received on time.
  • Assist with Buckle’s campus job posting efforts at 100 Colleges and Universities.
  • Explore opportunities for Diversity recruiting throughout the company.
  • Represent Buckle locally through networking events and attend career fairs as needed.
  • Celebrate Buckle Teammates in variouse ways such as congratulatory postcards for graduates and recognition of top recruiters.
  • Manage and administer Teammate Recommend Bonus program and the Education Bonus program. 
  • Participate in Manager Meeting and Leadership Academy Recruiting Activities.
  • Responsible for supporting best recruiting practices and continually advancing the Referral Email and Teammate Recommend programs.
  • Contribute ot employment branding initiatives and company-wide hiring campaigns.
  • Continually analyze metrics and measure Buckle’s Recruiting results.
  • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and complete errands based on business needs.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
