Job Description:
As a coach at BUSC, your primary responsibility will be leading a minimum of two training sessions per week, scheduled either on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. Additionally, you will attend games on the weekends, while also managing minimal team-related tasks that can be completed remotely with flexible hours. Rest assured, we provide paid coaching education sessions twice a month to support your professional development.
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication, organizational, teaching, and supervisory skills. Effective and timely communication is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate harmoniously with other coaching staff members and club leadership. You will plan and execute engaging training sessions, implementing the BUSC DNA (Curriculum) both on the training ground and during games. Creating a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for our players will be paramount, as will the ability to reflect on coaching interactions and sessions, consistently striving for improvement.
