Beertender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beertender to join our team. As a Beertender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations and educate customers about our beer offerings
- Pour and serve beer accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the brewing team to ensure quality control of beer
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or working in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing techniques, and industry trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure prompt service
