Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient operations. You must also have a valid driver's license to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various tasks such as lawn care, landscape design, excavation and lawn maintenance services.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects including building and maintaining landscapes.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices to promote environmental conservation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and design.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed.
- You MUST have a valid driver's license to be hired as it is essential for this position. It will be checked for validity.
