```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Help patients with medication administration as directed by the nurse.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the nurse or healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
```Qualifications:```
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
- Experience in an acute care hospital, nursing home, or pediatric setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with medical records documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and devices (e.g., Durable Medical Equipment - DME).
