Assistant Director of Rehabilitation

Buckeye Forest at Jackson is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) who is a licensed COTA, PTA or SLP. As the ADOR, you will be provided training and work closely with the facility's DOR to manage the department.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise the therapy team and ensure quality care is provided to our residents.

· Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop, implement, and evaluate programs.

· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

· Provide training and development to the therapy team, and assist with hiring and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications:

· Must be a licensed COTA, PTA, or SLP.

· At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.

· Strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to rehabilitation services.
