Bucked Up is looking for retail sales associates who can work a morning shift at our Murray, UT location! Schedule would be PT or FT, with morning hours. We are a high energy environment and looking for applicants who have great people skills and are reliable. Applicants must be able to drive revenue by providing customers exceptional service through relationship building, sharing style/product information, and presenting a clean and safe well-maintained store. Employees are expected to be respectful and professional to customers, store associates, and management.

· Interest in fitness supplements, or a strong desire to learn!

· Ability to learn and navigate computer systems.

· Ability to handle cash and provide change without error.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally. Maneuver affectively around sales floor and stockroom.

· Remains flexible in scheduling that meets the needs of the business.

· Takes ownership of tasks and incorporates feedback from management.

· Complete morning opening procedures and tasks as directed.

· Greet and interact with all store customers.

· Learn all product and be able to cross sell.

· Proactively uses associate education tools to build product and styling knowledge.

· Help Customers to fitting rooms. Follow up with customers in fitting rooms to see if they need any additional sizes/styles. 

· Restock items on display as they are sold.

· Process all transactions. (Purchases/Refunds/Exchanges)

· Cleaning of store including restrooms and employee only areas.

· Embraces brand and understands brand positioning. 

· Follows all operational guidelines, processes and procedures.

· Participates in and attends store meetings.

· Participates and assists in preparation for the stores’ inventory.

· Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to store manager.

· Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents. 

· Supports an environment of learning and trust by acting positively.

· Responsible for compliance with all company policies, practices and procedures.
