Responsibilities

• This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across all teams throughout the organization. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Bucked Up.
• This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Develop tools for our company to market itself as a best place to work.
• Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
• Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
• Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
