Responsibilities:

• Be the leader everyone looks up to, setting the bar high for performance.
• Run those shifts like a boss – making sure the team is where they need to be, serving up top-notch hospitality, and sticking to Buck Mason's drink and food game plan.
• Help whip our newbies into shape and keep the veterans up to date with the latest and greatest offerings.
• Keep operations in check, making sure everyone is playing it safe.
• Give your team the lowdown on what's working and what could be even better with some timely feedback.
• Keep your coffee knowledge sharp through tastings, cuppings, and training sessions.
• Whip up those delicious drinks and bites to our high-quality standards.
• Make sure everyone's playing nice and safe.

• Got about 6 months to a year of leading a team? Awesome.
• Got that Food Safety Certification or ready to snag it within 30 days post-hire.
• You're a math and computer whiz.
• Flexibility is your middle name – mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays – you're up for the challenge.

• Stand and walk like you own the place.
• Use those hands for some serious precision work – we're talking about crafting beautiful drinks.
• Get low, reach high – grab those cups, lids, and towels like a ninja and show off your climbing skills.
• Lift, push, pull – we've got bags of beans, kegs of coffee, and all kinds of goodies that need moving around.
