Bucher is a world-recognized aerospace leader providing aircraft interior and furniture parts throughout domestic and international markets. Our American entity, Bucher Aerospace Corp. is located in Everett, WA. We produce a variety of interior parts, e.g. table mechanisms, IFE deployment systems, aircraft seating parts, and other kinematics.

The Powder Coater plays an important role in customer satisfaction by assisting the production of quality products produced on time and to the customer requirements. The main responsibilities will include performing routine to moderately complex tasks in connection with the prepping, loading, unloading and powder coating of aluminum components in a production environment.

Additional skills/abilities required:

• Can identify minor issues with finish.
• Possesses a knowledge of powder coating rework techniques, including part prep.
• Demonstrates the ability to clean and maintain power coat spraying equipment and powder booth.
• Performs self-inspections per QA Specifications.
• Produces work in high quality and quantity to meet customer needs and work order schedule.
• Possesses the ability to read and to interpret drawings, engineering documents, and specifications.
• Exercises sound judgement.
• Thoroughly familiar with workmanship standards in the field for aircraft industry.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be a team player.
