We are seeking a Technical Proposal Writer and Capture Support professional to assess new business opportunities for Intelligence Community (IC) accounts leveraging our presence and capabilities in key and emerging accounts. These capabilities include intel analysis, operational support, data analytics and governance, and cyber intelligence.

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling content for RenXTech proposals, Requests for Information, Market Surveys, and capability briefs
• Author a variety of proposal sections, including technical approaches and management plans
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across various RenXTech programs to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content
• Integrate proposal content authored by other team members into a cohesive and persuasive final product.
• Maintain a proposal repository, indexing proposals by type, agency, etc.
• Analyze proposal evaluation results and identify areas for improvement in future proposals
• Support capture efforts for new and emerging pipeline opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and familiarity with SharePoint
• Strong understanding of federal government proposal processes and requirements
• Ability to interview SMEs to extract technical information and convert it into effective proposal content per solicitation requirements
• 5 years of client experience relevant to RenXTech capabilities (i.e operational support, intelligence analysis, cyber operation, training, or data governance)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience writing and working with federal contract proposals
• Proven experience supporting winning government contracts within the last 2 years
• 3-5 years of experience writing Federal/government proposals
• Ability to rewrite and review proposal sections and related proposal documents
• Experience with government contract proposal writing and coordination of multiple simultaneous proposals
