Our marketing team at the agency is on a rocket ship, and we’re looking to add another Marketing Coordinator to the mix. Can you bring the sizzle AND the steak? The ideal Marketing Coordinator will be pretty much like a juggler at the parking lot carnival…keeping lots of balls in the air – data, creativity, ideas, solutions, and more – all while singing a cappella and unearthing new ways to beat colleagues in foosball or Pac Man. OK, maybe not that last part (but we do look favorably on those who can spontaneously belt out a Jimmy Buffett tune at around 3 p.m. when lunch has digested and the candy jar is empty).

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an integral role between our marketing team and the customer and assist with removing impediments to ensure our team delivers on-time, to-specifications of all campaign elements.

Day To Day

While we do not expect you to be a ninja in all skills below it will be important to your success to have a general understanding and the discipline to learn quickly how to:

• Understand how marketing campaign strategies are created and executed to drive growth for organizations.
• Draft a project plan and timeline that clearly communicates the job to be done to all contributors.
• Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a tenacious belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments.
• Showcase a proactive mindset in planning, communicating, and solving problems for team members and clients in any situation.
• Have an eye for quality and detail to ensure that all work created by our team meets scope specifications and client expectations before being delivered.

• Fundamental understanding of and experience working within marketing automation platforms.
• Previous experience or the desire to dive in and assist with campaign creation and execution (primarily through social media).
• Experience with Google Data Studio (or similar), Google Analytics, and Google Optimize
• Experience running campaigns on Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
