o Conducting actual vehicle driving tests with customers
o Identifying and improving Telematics functionality issues
o Providing engineering support for telematics issue trouble shooting in different work location
o Demonstrating management ability for problem-solving
o Utilizing appropriate resources to respond effectively to customer inquiries
o Providing technical support and response to customer queries
o Conducting network communication tests to ensure connectivity with team members
o Debugging and analyzing data to troubleshoot issues efficiently with stakeholders
Minimum Requirements (required certifications, systems, skills, tools, education, years of experience, etc.):
o Graduate BA in E&E or Computer Science
o 5 Year or more experience.
Will they need to test drive any vehicles, clean driving records etc? Travel Requirements?
o Travel to Canada & Mexico & Korea (Must be eligible for travel abroad without disqualification)
o Must drive a test vehicle.
Notes: OH engineer’s role is working at the customer office full day and customer event support weekly and meeting with them daily.
OH engineer may drive a test vehicle 1~2 time in a month , and travel to other country bi-monthly.
