Responsibilities include the following:

• Create and update project documents, schedule meetings, and agendas/minutes logs, and develop implementing business plans and initiatives.
• Review and evaluate project documentation to ensure customer requirements are met
• Document organization, stakeholder, and project lists, roles and responsibilities grid, and contact lists. And Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
• Develop process and data flows and other project documentation regarding project phases, risks, issues, open questions, and assumptions
• Analyze business performance metric and project data to extract insights and trends and sets the strategic direction for business operations and processes.
• Manage projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor or Client that are in the same general scope aforementioned responsibilities

Require the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a project administrator
