Job Function/Description:
 

• Provide support to sales staff and the management team.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and operation reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operation teams to gather results, adjusting data from internal and external sources.
• Request Rate to pricing team using internal system (Cello)
• P/L report Simulation (Excel & Cello)
• Analyze operational results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the operation team.
• Ensure timely processing of daily emails, resolution of open issues, and effective communication with customers.
• Recommend necessary changes in current processes to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor trends and promptly report changes to management for necessary actions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
 

• Education: College BA
• Entry level or less than 5 years of planning or sales support experience 
• Excellent Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
• Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean)
• Able to engage and work directly with customers
• Problem solver mindset
• Self-motivated
• Organized
