General Duties:

• Understanding and execution of processes used for log home restoration (staining, chinking, caulking, masking, etc)
• Operating all necessary equipment safely and efficiently (paint sprayers, pressure washers, scaffolding, chink pumps, chainsaws, sanders, power tools, etc)
• Set up, utilize, move, and take down ladders of various sizes, including extension ladders

Physical Demands:

• Lifting and carrying 50 lbs. routinely, occasionally >50lbs.
• Working at heights above 10 feet, including from extension ladders
• Some periods of overhead work
• Standing for extended periods
• Bending, crouching, kneeling, grasping regularly throughout the day
• Ability to work in a full range of environmental elements; temperatures have ranged from approximately 10 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
