BTG IPI is Hiring a Production Operator Near De Pere, WI

BTG IPI, a division of BTG located in De Pere, WI has an opening for a full-time 3rd shift Production Operator. Third shift operates Monday - Thursday, from 8 pm - 6 am. The flexibility of shift start time is available upon discussion.

The Production Operator is responsible for assembling parts according to special instructions, routings, and blueprints, as well as utilizing TIG welding to weld gears/hexes on to the ends of our coating rods. This role will be responsible for measuring parts to specified tolerances, operating lathe, milling machine, hand tools, and pneumatic tools in aid in assembly. The Production Operator will be responsible for completing task as directed by manufacturing scheduling with minimal supervision including maintaining their work areas and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

It is essential that the Production Operator is able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math, and use basic hand held measuring tools in this role. The physical conditions include lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.

Welding experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
