Summary: Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for the development and manufacture of quality products. Serve as main quality contact person regarding part acceptability and work directly with production, sales, and engineering to meet customer expectations. While working with QA Manager and leadership, assists BTD departments in problem-solving, corrective actions, and internal and external quality audits. Is a resource to train and improve operator awareness in regards to achieving customer quality expectations and requirements. Communicate all improvements made to ensure accurate future estimates and processing plans of current products.

Essential Functions:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of BTD manufacturing or quality department experience or previous outside experience. Strong Customer Print reading skills and part application.
Experience and Skills Required: At least two years of recent BTD experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or quality (outside experience in similar organizations with similar processes may substitute) which include the following skills and abilities:
