Looking for Care Manager - RN in Fort Defiance, AZ
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: M-F, 8-5/730-430, no holidays no weekends. Maximum of 2 Days Call off (Unapproved RTO) during contract.
Guaranteed Hrs: 36 Hr/Week
Gross Hourly Pay: $61/Hr
Requirement:
* RN State License
* BLS through AHA
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $61.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Case management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RN (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Fort Defiance, AZ 86504 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Fort Defiance, AZ 86504: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
