JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist lead service technician in diagnosing plumbing challenges.
• Assist lead service technician in performing repairs and replacement of plumbing parts, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Manage quality and time on each job.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.
• Purchases materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers.
• Completes documentation of invoicing data based on hours worked.
• Safely drives a motor vehicle and trailer as evidenced by past driving performance record. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy, and adheres to all company safety requirements.
• Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability.
• Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times.
• On-the-job training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a current plumbing license.
• MUST have a valid Texas driver’s license (without DUI, DWI, and a good driving history).
• Must be punctual.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to communicate clearly.
• Must be clean cut and professional in demeanor and appearance.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be mentally and physically capable of performing job requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
