The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with proficiency in AppFolio and strong financial acumen.**Responsibilities:**- Review financials and generate detailed reports using Excel.- Oversee a team of bookkeepers, including 3 representatives and a Senior Account Manager.- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions and reporting.- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.- Provide leadership and guidance to the bookkeeping team to enhance productivity and efficiency.**Qualifications:**- Minimum of 2 years experience in a property management company.- Proficient in AppFolio.- Strong knowledge of financial principles and reporting.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,521.00 - $144,964.00 per year
