Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Duties:
- Oversee all company accounts and investments
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance

- Account reconciliation
- Account analysis
- Proficiency in accounting principles
- Experience in public accounting
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
- Familiarity with SOX, GAAP, and IFRS standards
