Responsibilities
- Provision and documentation of examinations, evaluations, establish functional OT diagnosis, prognoses, and plans of care including formulation of treatment goals, providing occupational therapy intervention to patients, measuring and reporting outcomes and formulating and carrying out discharge plans.
- Supervision of licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students. Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals.
- Individuals must comply with the Texas Occupational Therapy Practice Acts and Rules.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:OT licensed in the state of TexasCPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Job Requirements: Occupational Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility
