Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repair and restoration tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs and restorations according to industry standard and guidelines
- Conduct auto estimating to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, panels, and frames
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Conduct airless paint spraying to ensure a seamless finish
- Perform auto painting to match original colors and finishes
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and address any underlying mechanical issues related to body repairs
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
Experience:
- Proven experience in auto body repair, restoration, and painting
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry best practices
- Proficient in using various tools, equipment, and materials related to auto body repair
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
