Our Allergy department is currently seeking a temporary receptionist to join their team. As a temporary receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles within our organization. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for short-term employment or those who enjoy the flexibility of temporary positions. This would be 20-40 hours a week with a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday schedule of 8am-5:30pm and a Friday schedule of 8am-1pm. This position would go through the end of August 2024.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Patients with their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Answers phones

- Check patients in and out

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

- Front desk experience preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
