Qualification/Responsibilities:

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred but not required.
  • FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certificate) preferred but not required.
  • Must have 2 or more years of payroll or accounting experience.
  • Ultipro experience preferred but not required.
  • Must have professional verbal and written skills.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Must be honest, dependable and exhibit a warm, cheerful, respectful and caring manner.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Great multi-tasker, staying organized and managing their time and multiple priorities in order to succeed and meeting all deadlines and requirements.
  • Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, excel).
  • Ability to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Open to working beyond normal business hours when necessary and approved.

Shift & Wage:

  • Wage: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
