The primary responsibility of a Bryant’s bar-back is to assist our bartenders in delivering great cocktails and great customer service. This primarily includes cleaning and putting away dishes, but also stocking/cleaning at the end of the night, welcoming guests, some prep and replenishing fruit, ice cream, liquor, ice, or other supplies.
This is an entry level position with the potential for growth - many of Milwaukee's best bartenders started at Bryant's as bar-backs. While previous bar-back or relevant bar/restaurant experience is great, we will train the right candidate regardless of experience. Our Bryant's team values anyone with high energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude!
This position requires a time commitment of 12-25 hours per week with at least 2 shifts per week. Holidays are our busiest time, so working holidays is a must for this position.
