You will be responsible for:

• Learning all product offerings and educating our customers
• Leading a small team of servers to provide amazing customer service
• Managing staff scheduling
• Ordering inventory and supplies
• Social media posting
• Planning happy hours and weekly events
• Following all Bryant's SOP's

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Prior management experience required
• Prior serving experience required
• Ability to work independently
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Experience planning and hosting weekly events and activities for customers
• Outgoing and social personality
• Ability to sell off site and to go products
• Understanding of food safety best practices
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness and upkeep
• Follow procedures and remain compliant with safety policies and OSHA regulations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3 years serving experience including managing others

· Experience with customer service

· Extensive knowledge of food/beverage industry

· Must be able to multi-task and stay focused

· Critical thinking and problem solving.

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds

· Excellent written, and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
