Dental Assistant Needed

Our state of the art dental office in west Greeley, Bryan Casseday D.D.S., is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant, Monday through Thursday. The candidate must be a team player, self-directed, positive, and enthusiastic. Also, show professionalism in speech and conduct. We are a family dental practice, providing a caring environment and top quality care, receiving one of 5280 Magazine's Top Dentist awards for over 10 years. If you are detail oriented and desire to be part of a Team which treats their patients with a high level of customer service, then please email your CV / resume, cover letter, and references. Minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred. Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix), cross training to help if needed to answer phones and check patients in/ out, and experience using digital scanning (Cerec) and a milling machine is helpful.

Dental Assisting responsibilities:
~Prepare treatment rooms for patient care and strategically plan out the flow of treatment for the day.
~Chairside assisting.
~Lab skills, taking/pouring up impressions, digital x-rays (copy of x-ray certification), placement of sealants, making temporary crowns/bridge and making custom impression trays.
~Charting of patient visit on the computer (Dentrix).
~Sterilization of instruments.
~Answering patients questions regarding dental procedures and follow-up care.
~Knowledge of dental specialties regarding referrals.

~Ordering product/ maintaining proper amount of needed supplies.

Salary based on experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
