Dialysis Center of Lincoln NE is Hiring a Patient Care Technician Near Lincoln, NE
- Shifts can begin as early as 4:30am.
- Shift length is typically between 10-12 hours long
- Most techs work 3-4 days a week
- Clinics are closed on Sundays
- Every other Saturday is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of facilities training program
- Upon hire, placed as “active” on the Nebraska Dialysis Patient Care Technician Registry. Nebraska requirement is 19 years of age.
- Obtain nation certification as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician through Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) within 18 months of being newly hired as dialysis patient care technician
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required
- 12 weeks of paid on the job training – a mix of classroom and hands-on training.
