The Construction Project Engineer internship program at Bryan Construction offers a wide range of experiences. Your duties will be to work with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on the day-to-day operations and planning needed to run a project. Our diverse work program is a strength of Bryan Construction, and your exposure to these projects will only help in your future endeavors.
As an intern you will provide operational support to multiple projects and carry out project tasks as directed. You will learn how to track RFI's, submittals, ASI's, meeting minutes and any other applicable logs.
Top Five Responsibilities
Primary duties
Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent
Receive and distribute information to team members (i.e.: architects, subs, etc.)
Learn plan reading and specification interpretation
Learn various computer software such as:
Learn to understand and manage basic documents such as:
Learn the pre-construction/estimating process
Interns must be enrolled in an engineering degree program by an accredited university or have just graduated from an engineering degree program by an accredited university. Background investigation and drug testing required. This position is temporary, and no benefits are provided. Valid Driver's License required.
Range $18 to $22 hourly
